3. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

  • Colours and textures may appear differently depending on your screen; while we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur.

  • Limited Edition collections are sold as strict Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the available gateways or additional payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.


5. Orders & Fulfilment

  • An order confirmation email will be sent once your purchase is completed. This does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier service. We are not liable for delays outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.


6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition:

    • “Damaged” refers to items harmed during handling, packaging, or delivery (e.g., stains, tears, or broken parts). Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both packaging and product.

    • “Defective” refers to faults from production that make the item unfit for use (e.g., faulty stitching, missing buttons, or material flaws). Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • If an identical replacement is unavailable, you will be offered store credit of equal value to use toward a future purchase.

  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website — including logos, product designs, images, copy, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Hunters & Sons Lifestyle Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
